REST API to create workspace with description and contact list

Hey Team, Just wondering if there's a way to expand this "Create Group" API call to include description and contact list for any new workspaces Thanks and Cheers!   -Pawan

Hi pvuppala,

Perhaps you can try to use the following data structure to send from the rest api if it help with you scenarios:

{
  "name": "My Group",
  "description": "A group for testing purposes",
  "contactList": [
    "[email protected]",
    "[email protected]"
  ]
}

    Thank you!  I should've mentioned I already tried it but it only respects the "name" other attributes did not really help. 🙂

      HI pvuppala,

      If the docuemnt not include these type of parameters and not works if you direclty add these to the request, it may mean these part of features current not released to invoke in this REST API.

      Perhaps you can submit an idea for add contact list usage in rest api.

        Thanks, I submitted the idea to include Create Group with optional request parameters like domain, contact list, description, enable contributors to update the app etc.,
