    Hi, would amending the measure this way fix the issue? It returns a blank if the formula encounters an error, e.g., due to a null or short string.

     

    Column =
    IFERROR(
        LEFT('Table'[Text], LEN('Table'[Text]) - 10),
        BLANK()
    )
