Redshift in Power Bi Embedded

I have connected to redshift sucessfully using Power Bi desktop. I now need to use this in a Power Bi environment.   Is this feature available yet?  And if it is any help with connecting would be u...

Hi,

 

Its not currently in the gatway list of data sources, thats a feature that would be amazing for our company. The Redshift driver is already made us move to Power BI.

 

Any idea when the full release is sheduled for?

This last article, dated Aug 1 2016, said the Redshift connector doesn't yet work for "Power BI Gateway or PowerBI.com for refresh scenarios, which will come in the next couple of months."

It's been six months since "a couple of months" was promised. Any news? This is a big issue for my application, where I need to do scheduled refreshing in the PBI service, just like any other database.
