R script is possible to execute script on power query side to export file.
Notice, these types of operations(e.g. looping folder/file, save/edit the file, access to the remote resources) should only work on the device that you have enough permissions. If you publish the report to the power bi service side, these operations will be blocked due to security reasons.Power BI Security - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
