Quick Create from Semantic Model via API
You would use the Power BI REST API:
POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/reports/GenerateTokenOR
POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/reports/CloneReportOR
POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/{groupId}/reports✅ You Create a blank report based on the semantic model
✅ Then you embed it for editing using an Embed Token
✅ Power BI’s Auto Insights / AI suggestions (like auto visuals, visual suggestions) are automatically available in Edit Mode.Did I answer your question? Mark my post as a solution! Appreciate your Kudos !!
