    Hi Anonymous,

     

    Anwsering your questions:

    1. Developer should know front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
    2. Custom visuals are usually developed by using TypeScript and LESS.
    3. Any IDE that supports TypeScript. We'd recommend to use Visual Studio Code.

    Please take a look at Hierarchy Chart by Akvelon that implement similar functionality.
