Q&A visual - does not see all measures
Hi,
I want the "Q&A" visual to display a measure, but for some reason the visual does not see it.
Specifically in my case I want to see measure "_P_Fin_Actuals", but only measure "_P_Fin_Forecast" is visible in the drop-down list, from the table "Program Benefit Values", all the other measures are not visible from the "Q&A" visual.
I tried using "Synonyms", instead of "Teach Q&A", but that also doesn't work.
Do you know why aren't all measures visible inside of the "Q&A" visual?

Thanks for reaching out to us with your problem. Base on your description, it seems like the measures can't display under the drop-down list when use Q&A visual. The issue you’re experiencing might be due to the complexity of your data model. If your data model has a lot of tables, the Q&A feature might not be able to process all the data. Well, after several testing i have seen what was the issue. My data model has a lot of tables and it looks like it was not able to process any more data in Q&A, after disabling Q&A for several tables it is able to to get the new measures defined.
It was hard to see since Q&A is a bit of a blackbox for the developer, but it is solved.

Yes, my data model is quite complex with a lot of tables. After I disabled a lot of tables I was able to see the measures I was looking for.
Is the limit known of how many tables or measures is the Q&A visual able to process?
