Power BI filter should not filter column value in pivot table

Hi all, I have a pivot table, with year in column

 

           2019 2020  2021

cust 1   1       1 

cust 2    4                 5

 

When the filter on year is selected the pivot table column should not change. The year filter is in filter pane, so I cannot use edit interaction.

    It is by design.

    Try setting the visual level filter so that the filter will only affect the visual.
