Power BI embedded work in Web Apps on another cloud platform?

I am investigating if Power BI embedded service will work on another cloud platfrom such as a web app on SAP Cloud Platform?  All the MS documentation I see refer's to Microsoft based web apps in Azure.  I am trying to acheive the richest integration possible such as single sign-on and preferrably non i-frames as that sometimes does not lend to the smoothest user experience.  Thanks in advance.
