Hi Anonymous ,

Base on my research, Power BI doesn't support it currently. You can raise a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. In addition, you can vote the following idea which has the similar topic with yours up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature...

Allow commenting through Power BI embedded

    If we have to implement a custom commenting feature from front end for Power BI embedded reports, is there any API which front end can consume to save and retrieve comments in reports.
