Power BI Embedded Authoring Experience for Self Service

I have a couple questions from a customer that is evaluating Power BI Embedded.

 

First question, can you embed the report/visualization authoring experience to support end user self service? Think when you click on a dataset in the Service and you see all of the tables/columns and have a blank canvas. Can you embed that experience using Power BI Embedded?

 

Second question, support for localizing the names of tables and columns in other languages.
