Power BI Embedded - Need more free tokens for development and testing

I have Power BI embedded application running well, but since yesterday it started showing up this error.

While investigated the above error, I got to know that it was because Free embed tokens limit has been reached.

As mention the error below.

To continue with Power BI Embedded, it asked me to purchase dedicated capacity. But since I am still in testing and development phase, I want to continue with testing and development tokens. So I decided to try with another Power BI Pro account which might have free tokens.

So I changed Power BI user name and password in the Web.config and provided access to workspace to new user.

But now its shows following error, 

I have found similar issue in Power BI Community, but that has not helped.

Please help to resolve this issue.
