Power app power bi license
Hi All
Need help in deciding type of license required for end users in use case where I have to take input from users and save it to database . I have around 300 users. Which type of license in power app and in power bi

Hi Ananth_havanje ,Firstly, if convenient, please confirm the type of database you are using. Is it SQL Server or Data Verse? If your database is of the SQL Server or Data Verse type, they are considered Premium connectors in PowerApps. You’ll need to unlock Premium connector usage for all PowerApps users by purchasing either the Power Apps premium per user license and assigning it to users, or the Power Apps premium per app per user license, which can be assigned to individual users for a specific app. For more details, refer to this official documentation:

Regarding Power BI's convenient licenses, if you don't have the need to refresh large amounts of data, you only need to purchase one power bi pro license per user, which is sufficient for report creation and share viewing.

needs more details. What type of Power BI environment, shared or Premium or Fabric? What M365 license type? E3 or E5 or something else? What database type? does it require a premium connector?
