possibility for adding comments (power bi embedded for customers)

Hello, 

i was wondering if there is a possibility to let customers write comments in the report in the embed for customers option. 

untill now all the options i saw where options where a power bi licence is needed or a license for for instance powerapps. 

Our organisation has the reports in an embedded environment where customers do not have a license (power bi embed for customers) we are also making use of live connection.
