PBI Links that Return Specific KPIs

Problem:  Currently, when a user clicks on the Power BI link, they are routed to browsers that are NOT filtered.  Thus, when users expect to see a metric/KPI, they don't.  In many cases, users don't even know how to apply the correct filters etc. to drill into the result.

We would like the hyperlinks represented in the report to go specifically to the filtered PBI report that shows the metric that is represented in the report (Filters applied). is it possible?
