    HI thanosd​,
    Based on the currently documented APIs, yes there is no documented programmatic method to enable One Lake integration directly. The available REST API properties cover storage mode and query scale out settings, while the documented TMSL export command exports data rather than enabling integration.

So, the short answer is that enabling OneLake Integration is not possible programmatically.
