    HI thanosd​,
    Based on the currently documented APIs, yes there is no documented programmatic method to enable One Lake integration directly. The available REST API properties cover storage mode and query scale out settings, while the documented TMSL export command exports data rather than enabling integration.

The official Microsoft documentation on OneLake integration for semantic models explains how to enable the setting through semantic model settings and how to export data to Delta tables using TMSL. However, the export command does not enable integration. The documented Update Dataset API exposes targetStorageMode and queryScaleOutSettings, while the Get Dataset API documents the properties available for retrieving a semantic model; neither lists a property specifically for OneLake integration.
