Need help on line chart for merged table

I need help to create line chart from 2 tables.

I have 2 tables one has historical data from 2018-2022 and second table has current year data with file date.

I have merged two tables into one. In line chart I need 2018-2022 data static and 2023 data dynamic where 2023 values should change as file date selected. I have tried many DAX functions as well as options but not able to resolve this issue.

Kindly assist me on this
