Missing menu options on a report in different workspaces
I have a bit of a puzzle (for me anyway). I've published a report to a workspace and if you access it though the workspace, then I can see the export option in the drop down menu (see image 1)

But if I access the same report through "shared with me" then there is NO export option. Why is this?
I really would like to understand why Power BI does this.

check build permissions on the dataset that was recently introduced. These will be on the data set, go to manage permissions.
