Map Visualization in Power BI

I am trying to build a Shape Map in Power BI that displays territories based on ZIP codes. Each ZIP code belongs to a Territory ID, and I want the map to show territories using a color gradient base...

    Good. Make sure your raw data has a mapping key to the state and county or parish, and that you didn't drop these attributes when you simplified the map in Mapshaper.

I did.  Have fewer data points. For a map visual stay below 5000.  Use filters.

    Can the shape map be done int area and territory level by aggregating the zip codes?

      That is one option. Bring your own topojson file with county shapes, for example.
