bob57  - I'm not clear on the last requirement, can you share an example mock-up/image of what you are going for?

    The third requirement would be  the two vertical lines on the date that a state phased in reopening. P1 = Phase 1, P2 = Phase 2, etc.  The third requirement is a time line.
