Thanks for your reaponse.

the oracle gets data from external system.

I every second a lot of rows are inserted in database.

there is a video on youtube and I'd like to analyze the potential risk on oracle before implementing it.

have the external system push the rows into the streaming dataset. Note that there are size limits - a streaming dataset won't hold more than 5 million rows.

    Thanks for your response. Are there any articles or sources I can read and know how to push the rows into the streaming dataset?  I don't have knowledge to do it and would like to know how to do it
