Is that possible to let personalize visuals pane pop up automatically by default?

After I enable the personalize visuals function, users have to click the 'icon' to see the pane then make their own visual change. My question is can I set the personalize visuals pane pop up automatically by default without clicking the 'icon'?

    Please, no. That does not sound like a good idea. Imagine you have ten visuals on the page - would you want the popup to appear ten times?

      Thanks for your sharing. I agree with your point. 

       

      If I assume there is only one visual on the page, can I technically realize that? Because I tried and researched for a while, and it seems like there is no way to implement this 'functionality'(set the personalize visual pane pop up as default).
