"Is Not Blank" Filter not working

I have a visual with the forecast and actual amounts. All I want to do is filter out the months where the forecast is blank, to focus on those with a forecast. When I filter the field to "Is Not Blank", those months are still showing up. I have also tried filtering the % to projection where it is not infinity, and it is still not working. Any solutions?

    Hi aoc , which field did you use for the "Is Not Blank" filter? Also, is the forecast a column or a measure?

    If you can, please share the PBIX file, or some data sample.
