HubSpot / Power BI integration

At work we use Power BI extensively, and have a HubSpot CRM. Within Power BI desktop and PowerPlatform Dataflows there are currently no connectors for HubSpot. The 3rd party options are expensive. My architect/software dev. husband is currently working on building a solution with the goal of having a robust but much cheaper solution available. We will probably donate to nonprofits for free, as we work for a nonprofit organization!

Anyway, what marketplaces would you recommend for advertising Power BI integration solutions? We're more on the technical-side and not as marketing savvy. However, we know there is a big need for this type of interface.

  • A HubSpot Certified App is available in the HubSpot App Marketplace for connecting HubSpot to Power BI.  There is a free trail.

Here is a map of data flow from HubSpot to Power BI that the integration provides:

Skyvia offers two distinct approaches to integrate Power BI with HubSpot. The first method syncs HubSpot data to a connected data warehouse for use in Power BI. Alternatively, it allows for the creation of an OData feed directly from HubSpot data, enabling Power BI to access it directly. Both solutions are designed to streamline the process of data importation and enhance analytical capabilities.

  • Hi, as a workaround, maybe you can use a 3rd party connector, it can save you a lot of time compared to other options. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Hubspot connector in the data sources list:

After that, just grant access to your Hubspot account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your Hubspot fields:

There just select the fields you need. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.
