How to set a default dashboard to power users?

I have created several dashboards based on different departments. Such as HR, Finance... Now I want to set the default dashboard for each power user groups. For instance, HR users to HR dashboard, Finance users to Finance dashboard. Please note, some users might belong to more than one group.
