How to get workspaceId from shared app url?

I have link like here ( I changed for sharing purposes):

How to read from it workspaceId and reportID to use this within embedded app?

Believe it or not - you cannot link from the app ID to the workspace ID. However you can link from the report ID to the workspace ID. Use the Tenant Audit log reports for that.
