Highlighted datapoints are appearing even after removing the slicer selection

There is a line chart with two values(Shipping cost and Quantity) and a slicer with State/Province names.

Requirement : When no option is selected from the slicer the chart must be blank, so created a measure - [ Measure 4= if(ISFILTERED(Tablename[State/Province]),1,0) ] and applied it on the filter section of the chart.Now blank fuctionality is working but when we highlight a line by clicking on the legend and remove the silcer selections the highlighted datapoints are still visible.Is there a fix for this?Highlighted QuantityCleared the slicer selections
