guest user unable to access data from workspace

Could you please provide me with details of the error you are experiencing with the refresh function in Excel?

In addition to that, you mentioned that the same dataset in “myworkspace” is still valid, so if you can, you can check the following points:

1 Are the credentials provided with the dataset the same?

2 Are the gateways used to link to the datasource the same, and if they are different, have you been granted the same permissions?

3 If you create a new dataset to connect to excel, do you encounter the same problem, or is it that the desktop refreshes successfully, but the service still encounters errors?
