Failed to load settings
When I click the "get help" link it takes me here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ and says:
Affected users are unable to view embedded reports in the Power BI service. Engineers are working to fix the issue as soon as possible Next update 9/30/2016 10:30AM PST
It sounds like it's a Microsoft issue...am I right?

It sounds like it's a Microsoft issue...am I right?
Then it behaved as you were informed, could you please help to check if it runs smoothly now?
It was fixed that evening (PDT) and all has been well since then.
