Dynamically scale up/down Power BI Embedded A SKU in Azure

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has done this or if there exists a more detailed post about how to implement a scale of sku license depending on metric such as CPU. We currently have a A2 sku but feel that 90% of the time an A1 sku would be enough. Would be great to have a power shell script or something like that to dynamically scale up or down depending on the use. I've seen the recommended way by Microsoft (PowerBI-Developer-Samples/PowerShell Scripts/ScaleUp-Automation-RunBook.ps1 at master · microsoft/PowerBI-Developer-Samples · GitHub) but wondering if anyone has done this and have it working well? Also, have you followed this script or made major modifications?
