Dynamically Hide/Show Slicers based on other slicer selection

"if i select any values in Month filter (IsFiltered() = True) then Start Date and End Date filters should be hidden automatically, if i remove selection in Month filter (IsFiltered() = False) then Start Date and End Date filters should be visible automatically"

I understand that someone might request you to implement that, but do they have a good reason for that request?  Why should you need to spend time on this?
