Developer Visual icon (</>) does not appear

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
As outlined in the documentation below, The developer visual is currently only available in the Power BI service and not in Power BI Desktop or the mobile app. PFBS for reference.

To enable developer options in the Power BI service, a working solution has been shared by the community and can be found here for your reference:
