Connect a report to a dataset using dynamic binding issue
Hi,
I'm novice in Power BI. I created a simple report by table datas with 2 columns. I created a web app to show this report and it work fine. Now I want to have the same report with 2 different datasets.
I used this Microsoft documentation:

When I set the original dataset id, it's working fine but not working when I set second dataset id.
It shows this message: "This content is not available." with 403 error in console.
Notes:
- The app has all rights to read, write and create.
- the second dataset has the same data schema.
- the 2 datasets are in the same workspace.
How can resolve this issue?

Oh. I think you might want to explore the Power BI Embedded "App owns data" scenario.

403 means you don't have permissions to do that on the second dataset.
when I create a new report with the second dataset and implement it in my web Application, I don't have any problem. I think that I have the right to read it.
There is a step I forgot to do?Read permissions don't seem to be the issue here. Rebinding most likely requires write permissions to the dataset, the workspace, or more. However from your description you already seem to have these permissions.
Are you using different identities when you try to rebind?
Can you maybe explain what your goal is with this rebinding setup?

- I use the same Identity when I try to rebind. This app (Identity) has all permissions (read, write, and create).
- My goal is using the same report with different data. Many users will use my web app. These users don't have the same data to show.
Is not useful to create many identical reports with different datasets. When I want to change things, I must change all reports, if I create a report for every user
