Comparison of two PBIX files
I have a scenario wherein I have provided 2 PBIX files and I need to compare whether there is any changes made in them. Is it even possible?

You can rename the PBIX file to .Zip and then compare the individual files . The below link might help :

The ALM Toolkit does a great job of allowing you to compare the smeantic models of two files. I found it a littel confusing at first but it works really well.
