Can you select which visuals to include when exporting Power BI to PowerPoint?

Not from the regular Export to PowerPoint, that one works at the page level. But you can do it per visual: in the Service, hover over the visual, click More options (...) > Share > Open in PowerPoint. That opens a new deck with just that visual loaded live through the Power BI add-in. For an existing deck, use Link to selection and paste the link into the add-in.
