blanks on my card Visuals

In order to investigate the cause of the problem so as to give you a suitable solution, could you please provide the following information?
- Provide the following sample data in Text form
- Which table's date field is used to apply the slicer and what time period is filtered?
- What is the aggregated value of the field or a measure used for Card visual? If it is a measure, please share the formula for that measure.
- How is your Map visual set up?
If possible, please provide me with a simple pbix file (with sensitive information removed). It will be easier to find out the cause of the problem...
