Auth issues in north-central region?

Some of our users are getting 403s when attempting to get embed tokens for reports. When we debug, it looks like all of these are coming from north-central. For users where this is working, the region is south-central. @MS - are there any known service issues right now? We're not seeing anything on the service status page.
