Incremental Copy Job error from NetSuite

Question

I am trying to configure a copy job to incrementally load data from NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect.&nbsp;The source is accessed using the NetSuite ODBC driver installed on an on-prem data gateway.&nbsp;I receive this&nbsp;error when trying to run the job, regardless of table selected:Failure happened on 'Source' side. ErrorCode=UserErrorOdbcOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=ERROR [HY000] [NetSuite][ODBC 64bit driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Error getting the literal value of right operand.[10169],Source=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Runtime.GenericOdbcConnectors,''Type=System.Data.Odbc.OdbcException,Message=ERROR [HY000] [NetSuite][ODBC 64bit driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Error getting the literal value of right operand.[10169],Source=NQoa27.dll,'&nbsp;The field used as a watermark is recognised by Fabric as a datetime column.&nbsp;Before I raise a support request with MS, has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

HI&nbsp;jacob9hawkes&nbsp;,&nbsp;Did not encounter this situation , however, we might not know how Fabric formats the water mark column value, we can try using TO_CHAR or TO_DATE for comparison of date column instead of using the built-in watermark logic, so as NetSuite to understand.&nbsp;Let me know if you try the above and if it works.&nbsp;ThanksAti Puri

Hi&nbsp;v-moharafi-msft,&nbsp;I raised a support ticket and was informed that NetSuite does not currently support incremental copy jobs.&nbsp;The specific explanation was 'NetSuite's ODBC driver does not support the parameterized WHERE clause syntax' used by Fabric data factory.&nbsp;No ETA on a solution, but has been passed onto relevant teams.

It looks like the error is happening when Fabric builds the incremental filter for the watermark column and the NetSuite ODBC driver tries to interpret the datetime value.
Could you check whether the copy job completes if it is set to a full load with incremental refresh turned off? If that works, it would point to the generated watermark predicate rather than a connectivity or table access problem.
Please also confirm that the watermark column is surfaced as a native DateTime/Timestamp field in SuiteAnalytics Connect, not as a calculated or text-based field. It may also be worth checking the NetSuite ODBC driver version on the gateway machine, since driver-specific SQL translation issues can sometimes impact incremental loads.
