YTD Last Week

Hi I have a task where I need to find the count of lease renewals from my TM Renewal Report. As you can see the below code for VAR _start is being constrained to look for data only for current year, whch is wrong. This needs to be for any years as my column HRB Signed Date has Renewals signed as far back as 2022. But, the end date has to be this year and this week - 7 which gives us the prior week.


Measure 1

Week ending = CALCULATE( MAX( 'TM Renewal Report'[HRB Signed Date]), ALL( 'TM Renewal Report') )


Measure 2

Signed YTD Last Week = // YTD as of the prior week
VAR _Latest_Renewal = [Week ending] - 7
VAR _Month = MONTH(_Latest_Renewal)
VAR _Day = DAY( _Latest_Renewal )

VAR _current_year = SELECTEDVALUE( 'TM Renewal Report'[FY] )

VAR _Start = DATE(_current_year, 1, 1)
VAR _End = DATE(_current_year, _Month, _Day)

VAR Latest_Renewals =
CALCULATE( [Total Count],
    FILTER(
        'TM Renewal Report',
        'TM Renewal Report'[HRB Signed Date] >= _Start &&
        'TM Renewal Report'[HRB Signed Date] <= _End
    )
)

RETURN
Latest_Renewals

VAR Latest_Renewals = CALCULATE(
    [Total Count],
