Worst Performing KPI

Hi, I have 15 different KPI data sources and I want to find the worst performing 5 KPIs in a report based on the date range.  I have done an individual analysis of each KPI but I am stuck with picki...

Can you post sample data as text and expected output?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
4. Relation between your tables

Hi Vahid,

Thanks for the quick response appreciated it. I have added sample data for your ref. In the same way, I have more data sources and KPIs. Most of the visuals show month-wise(few in Qtr and 6month, yearly as well) and have targets as well. I want to show the worst performing KPIs on one page so can give more attention to them. The attached sample data can generate 4 different KPIs and I want to show the worst performing one on a given date range.

    Hi jk_adelaide ,

     

    Not really understand how your kpi is calculated.

     

    You can use the filter on this visual or page at year or month level, and filter type is Top N as the screenshot. And put your expression of [KPI] in to By value box.

      Hi Chenwu zhu,

       

      Thanks for the help. I have 20 KPI's calculated from different data sources and not from one table. The problem is how can put all these KPI values into one table and show the worst 5.

      I do have all the KPI values as measures and when filtering by Year, Month and Location it should change the Worst KPI's as well. Everything working fine till measures but struck to show this by comparing and finding the worst or top KPI's in one page. Hope you understand the issue. Any idea or suggestion.
