What If parameter to dynamically shift expected work by days?

Hi everyone,

 

I currently have a report that shows a breakdown of expected hours of project work by week. The expected hours are a combination of open projects and projected projects. I'm trying to create a function where a numeric parameter coupled with a project number selected in a slicer will allow the user to move the timing of a project but I'm struggling for a solution.

 

Any suggestions for this?

    Can you provide sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel. I look forward to your response.
