userelationship filter problem

Hi,

is there a way to resolve this 

i want to use the Client as Filter/Slicer but when i remove the separated measure only the AXI is on the filter

im using userelationship in the separated measure 

Separated:=CALCULATE(COUNT([IsActive2]),vw_Employee_Attrition[IsActive2] = 0,USERELATIONSHIP(vw_Employee_Attrition[SeparationFilterDate],DIM_Date[date])

for the filter of date im using it on the dimension date table
