Unique ID different rows

Hello,

 

I would like to have a new column, where the productypedescription is in all rows 

 

 

in this case, "Ireland v South Africa" in the 3 rows - the foldernumber is the same 

I have tried many different ways, including summarize, and does not work
Any help is appreciated

    can you explain more?

    if i am not mistaken go to transform data select our column right click and press on fill down this should fill empty cells
