Do you need to get the difference between Check Out and Check In?
If so ,I did a test for your reference.
Please check this:
Measure = ABS( SUMX( FILTER( 'Table' , 'Table'[Room] = "Check In" ) , [Total Time] ) - SUMX( FILTER( 'Table' , 'Table'[Room] = "Check Out" ) , [Total Time] ) )
If I understand you wrongly, could you explain your needs in more detail?
