Switch Statement Not Evaluating Properly

    You can try this code:

            'Sheet1'[COVRG_CD] in {"X1","Y1","Z1"}=FALSE() && 'Sheet1'[PLAN_TYPE] = "10", "1",

            BLANK()
        )
