    My Measure =
CALCULATE (
    [no of deliveries],
    TREATAS ( VALUES ( 'Dim - Date'[ID_Date] ), 'Dim-OutboundDate'[ID_Date] ),
    REMOVEFILTERS ( 'Dim - Date' )
)
