You just need a bit more DAX.

Table 2 = 
    VAR __Table = CALCULATETABLE('Table')
    VAR __Table1 = SUMMARIZE(__Table,[Column1],"Sum",SUMX(FILTER(__Table,[Column1] = EARLIER('Table'[Column1])),[Column2]))
RETURN
    __Table1
