Please check the following methods.
Column:
En SdDev Diff = IF ( [Band] <> BLANK (), ROUND ( [En Diff] / STDEV.S ( 'Table'[Assessment% ] ), 2 ), BLANK () )Are some of our results inconsistent because there are hidden decimal points in the data image you provided?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.refer if this can help
