Special Pivot Table

Thank you very much for your reply and the link, which I consulted carefully.
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Dax codes with functions I do not know and the notion of Hierarchy.
Not sure if ISINSCOPE is accepted in my Excel 2019 Pro version.
I still have doubts about the use of punctuation.
I don't know if it depends on the versions or the language or the Country !
It seems to me that a formula should start with := then I don't know if the separator between the arguments is ; or the ,
In the first versions of Excel, it seems to me that it was the ;
I will test this code in Power BI to see.

 

Otherwise, it occurred to me that one could mix Power Query and Pivot Table.

I will open a message in Power query and see if there is an easier solution for me.
